"I switched to Frank Bliss as my State Farm agent about 5 years ago. I primarily chose him because of proximity to my home, but I have referred many friends to him because of the amazing service he provides. When I first switched to him, he suggested he come out to my house to review my coverage and I anticipated a push to buy more insurance. I was wrong. He carefully measured the house(s) and made notes about aspects of the interior. He then sent me an estimated cost replacement and his work actually decreased my premiums while at the same time ensuring I had good coverage. His office is very responsive to my inquiries and requests and I feel welcome checking in with them any time something comes up. You will be very happy should you chose Frank as your insurance agent! Update January 2024: I received a letter of non-renewal last summer from State Farm related to roof issues. Once I attended to those issues, Frank and his staff helped me in communicating with State Farm to document the work that had been done. I'm happy to say I received a renewal for my home insurance recently. I live in East Richmond Heights, not far from Wildcat Canyon Regional Park."

"I'm currently in the process of trying to purchase a home. I called State Farm to inquire about home insurance quotes and spoke to Trista. Although she let me know State Farm is not taking new policies for home insurance, she gave me an extensive list of agents and agencies who are still able to assist CA residents with home insurance. She was also able to quickly get me quotes for auto insurance without the multi line discount that I currently have. I am beyond thankful for Trista's help in this matter, as its a very frustrating issue to deal with and any help is truly appreciated."
